With what issues can Customer Support assist me?

Customer Support is able to resolve most account issues right away. If an agent cannot immediately resolve your issue, Customer Support will expedite your issue to the relevant department(s). If you received a message that a bonus awaits you, but no bonus can be found in My Rewards, Customer Support may help. With every message logged, Support can quickly confirm the message you received and credit any rewards that should have shown in My Rewards.

What can't Customer Support do?

Support has no ability to provide bonus codes or give away bonuses upon request. If a bonus you should have received is missing, Support can help. But please do not contact Support and request bonus codes as they have no ability to perform that action.
