Once you’ve provided us with your full KYC documentation, we aim to complete your review in full within 24 hours. Some delays do occur from time to time since we process a large number of requests, and we apologise on the rare occasion that this happens.

If you haven’t heard from us a few days after submitting your documents, please contact Customer Support explaining the situation.
