Wagering requirements are introduced as a means of protecting online casinos, and govern the process of converting Bonus Money to Real Money. Only Real Money can be withdrawn from your Spinz account.

We typically credit funds in the form of Bonus Money whenever we run money drops, Free Spins or other similar campaigns. Winnings from promotional Free Spins awarded, for example, are considered Bonus Money and are subject to Wagering Requirements.

You’ll notice both Real Money and Bonus Money balances present in your account and it’s important to note the different restrictions between the two.

Should you have both balances in credit, Spinz will always use your Real Money funds in the first instance to place bets.

In order to convert Bonus Money to Real Money it’s necessary to fulfil the requirements laid down in our Bonus Terms. In the case of most online slots, your money is converted at a rate of 35x. This means your Bonus Money balance must be wagered thirty-five times over before it’s available for withdrawal.

Some Live Casino and table games with a higher RTP have bigger Wagering Requirements of 70x, while certain slots are exempt entirely. Check out which games qualify for Wagering Requirements below:

You should also bear in mind that Bonus Money is classed ’non-sticky’ / forfeitable. This means you have the option of relinquishing any rights to a bonus if you wish to withdraw your Real Money balance for whatever reason.
